GETMEHOME.CA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

As a registered customer you have the possibility to manage your account. We first need to identify you with your userid or your email-address and with your password. Within your account you can delete the pet profiles (in the "My pets" section) or the tags (in the "My tags" section) or the complete account (in the "My profile" section) . In this last case, all information related to your account will be deleted (pets profile) or reset (tags).
If you have lost your password, you can request a new one from the website. The new password will be sent to the registered email address

If you want to delete your account, you can also send a mail message to info@getmehome.ca from the email address identifying your account and ask for the account to be deleted. This is usually done with the following 24 hours.
